LOGISTICS IN INDIA IS A US$ 160 BILLION INDUSTRY EXPECTED TO TOUCH US$ 215 BY 2020. EXPRESS SHIPPING ALONE IS RS 22,000 CRORE INDUSTRY AND IS PROJECTED TO GROW AT 17% CAGR TO RS 48,000 CRORE BY FY2022 The Indian logistics sector is on a big growth tide. According to the domestic rating agency ICRA, Indian logistics sector is expected to grow at a rate 8-10 per cent over the medium term. This is an improvement over the compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7.8 per cent at which the industry grew during in the five years upto 2018. The logistics industry of India is currently estimated to be around US$ 160 billion and is expected to touch US$ 215 billion over the next two years, as per the Economic Survey 2017-18. According to the Global Ranking of the World Bank's 2016 Logistics Performance Index, India jumped to 35th rank in 2016 from 54th rank in 2014 in terms of overall logistics performance. The report also showed that India’s logistics sector has improved its performance on all the six parameters used in the ranking. This is a huge jump of 20 ranks and clearly indicates the growth of the sector. In India, the Rs 22,000 Crore Express shipping industry is expected to be valued at Rs 48,000 Crore by 2022. THE CORE OF OUR BUSINESS SYSTEM We help franchisees understand how to build up their customer bases, from business development to networking and data mining. We employ full-time FSMs (Franchise Support Managers) who act as the first line of defense when franchisees have a simple question that needs to be answered, such as how to apply for an account number. When it comes to more complex questions about strategy and maximizing performance, you can call on your experienced business coach. From the time you sign your franchise agreement, our goal is to coach you to success. What does that look like? You can expect field visits where your coach goes with you on calls within first 30 days. You’ll come to our Mumbai office for Discovery Day, where you’ll find out what our team does and how they help support franchisees to create a successful business. You’ll interview us, and we’ll interview you. 4. After you sign your franchise agreement, we’ll start training, beginning with our online learning modules and then attend a two days Xpress Start training at our corporate offices. We will also assign the Onboarding Manager who will be your go to person for the next 12 months. 5. Once you are on field we will schedule a 3-day support visit in your market with your onboarding manager followed by weekly phone calls where they’ll review your activity, answer your questions and help strategize your next steps. 6. In the next few months you will be invited to Mumbai to attend 5 days Boot Camp training to get your selling skill set sharpened and take you to the next level.
